1. Ink selection:

A. The effect of adding the reflective powder to transparent varnish is good. Colored ink can also add white color reflective powder, but the darker the color is, the brighter it is, the lower the reflective brightness

B. Different printing materials should use corresponding inks. For example, metal special inks should be used for metal materials, and ABS special inks should be used for ABS plastic materials, so as to ensure that the reflective ink sticks firmly. 

2. Addition ratio: Ink 1000g, (plus) reflective powder 300-500g, thicker reflective powder in this range should be added in an appropriate amount, if the addition amount is too small, the dispersion will be uneven, resulting in some products not reflecting.
